New York, NY (August 31, 2026) – Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI), the global organization dedicated to advancing and supporting women leaders in food, beverage, and hospitality, announces a live webinar, "Ask Me Anything” with Christina Tosi, founder of Milk Bar, on Monday, September 14, at 1:00 PM ET. The session is part of LDEI's ongoing LDEI Live Online series.

Tosi, a two-time James Beard Award winner who turned a single dessert experiment at Momofuku into a national brand, is known for being candid about what her path required, from scaling a concept to staying grounded while doing it. Beyond Milk Bar, she's a New York Times bestselling author of seven cookbooks, hosts Netflix's Bake Squad, judges MasterChef, and gathers home bakers weekly on Bake Club.

Moderated by Mayter Scott, Les Dames’ Nashville Chapter Member and LDEI Live Co-Chair, the conversation will take questions live from attendees. The session reflects LDEI's core mission to provide women in food and hospitality direct access to connection, opportunity, and mentorship from those who've successfully built the career they're working toward. All proceeds from the event go directly toward LDEI's scholarship and educational programming.

"We're so grateful to have Christina join us for this session," said Marilyn Freundlich, President, Les Dames d'Escoffier International. "This is exactly the kind of opportunity we look to provide as we continue supporting women in food and hospitality. So many of our members are navigating their own careers, and hearing Christina talk through the highs and lows, the challenges and the wins, is something they'll genuinely learn from.”

Registration is $20 for LDEI members and $30 for non-members. Space is limited, and the session will not be recorded or made available afterward.

“Some of the best things in life happen when passionate people gather together in conversation,” says Tosi. “I'm excited to spend time celebrating community, championing talent, generosity and the power of lifting one another up, the Les Dames way, while sharing a little bit of my own journey along the way!”
